TDDM Manager

Gambaran Kerja :

• Responsible for leading and managing the technical data and document management (TDDM) system to support overall business performance in Indonesia in achieving maximum return to stakeholders.

Syarat Pencaker :

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in oil & gas industry
• Knowledgeable in relevant standards and policies, possess good analytical skill and is well-experienced with relevant computer software / programs i.e., Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, etc.
• All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written)

Senior Integrated Operation Planner

Gambaran Kerja :

• Responsible for leading and driving the formulation and implementation of integrated production as well as maintenance plan through planning, monitoring and reviewing production performance in line with the Company’s policies to achieve optimal production of hydrocarbon, optimize UPC, meet the requirements of host authority, and ensure continuous business sustainability and values in order to realize the agreed production targets / objectives in the safest and most cost-effective manner. Experienced in offshore or onshore field will be an added advantage.

Senior Stakeholder Management Officer (Based in Gresik)

Gambaran Kerja :

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of Stakeholder Management Plan including CSR, engagement sessions, and other Officials / External Relations activities to ensure positive relationships with all stakeholders, both externally and internally in order to promote and enhance the company’s image as well as to minimize possible social disturbances to the company’s operations and support the Country’s Strategy and Initiatives.

Gambaran Kerja :

• Responsible for leading, planning, and executing the development, implementation, support, appraisal and governance to deliver records and document management (RDM) solutions, framework, architecture, improvement and sustainability blueprint and services by enforcing a common set of policies and guidelines for Upstream business in a safe, cost-effective and timely manner in order to enhance Upstream business value creation.

Gambaran Kerja :

• Responsible for the marketing function of the company by developing functional business strategies, initiatives and recommending marketing strategic options to effectively contribute to the realization of long-term business strategy.
  Has strong understanding on the monetization of oil and gas products and their market. Has good business acumen on the PSC economic, the compliance of the applicable regulations, the requirement of the PSCs, contracts, and the company’s standard process. Responsible for conducting market analysis and developing marketing plan to strengthen PETRONAS positioning in Indonesia.

Senior Commercial Officer

Gambaran Kerja :

• Responsible for providing the necessary commercial expertise to support the operationalization of petroleum arrangements such as PSCs, Joint Operating Agreement, Sales Purchase Agreements, GSAs, etc. Drive the resolution of commercial issues by providing commercial insights and a strategic way forward for the company. Perform the economic evaluation of PSC project proposals to ensure decision making is made based on sound recommendations. Incumbent will also be required to coordinate the development of commercial arrangement on behalf of the company.

Syarat Pencaker :

• Good knowledge and understanding of the upstream oil and gas business, particularly the technical processing operations and with a demonstrated experience in several upstream oil and gas functions (Exploration, Subsurface, Facilities, Finance, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Economics)
• Good knowledge of regulatory processes and commercial laws
• Both operated and non-operated joint venture experiences are considered as an advantage
• Understanding of the commercial aspects of product marketing (gas and oil), crude oil valuations, risks, and value assessments

Senior Well Maintenance / Well Services Engineer

Gambaran Kerja :

• Responsible for planning and managing the execution of well intervention operations in maximizing well availability and sustaining the well integrity to enable prolonged, continuous and safe production in achieving the maximum recovery of developed oil reserves contributing to overall target and objective as per Work Program & Budget (WPB) in line with good industry practices, PETRONAS Procedures and Guidelines for Upstream Activities (PPGUA), Upstream Inspection Maintenance Assurance Guideline (U-IMAGe), Well Risk Management (WRM), host government regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.

Syarat Pencaker :

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferably in Petroleum / Mechanical / Chemical discipline, post graduate degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Well Service / Completion Engineer in oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of the instrument and maintenance of Christmas tree and Wellhead.
• Strong knowledge of well services / intervention related procedures, regulations, and equipment (Slickline,
• Electric line & Coiled Tubing). Has experiences in Completion or Rig operation would be an advantage
• Familiar with WP&B matter and budgeting process with the host authority.
• Good knowledge of oil and gas reservoir.
