Syarat Pencaker :
- Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Technical understanding of cloud computing, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and IT infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networking).
- English proficiency (written and verbal) at least intermediate level.
- Customer service orientation, problem-solving mindset, quick learner.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, basic scripting (PowerShell/Python), Linux/Windows Server is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
